Dear our valued patients
Our clinicians are available for both phone and face-to-face consultations. From Monday 18th May 2020, you can book a face-to-face consultation with your preferred clinician via ManageMyHealth or by calling us. Phone consultations are still available. Please check here to see if a phone consultation is right for you. If you are not sure which option is the best for you, just call us and we will get one of our clinicians to call you back to help.
When you book your face-to-face appointment, you will be asked a set of screening questions related to COVID-19 to keep you and our team safe.
If you have any flu-like symptoms, please call us first and we will get one of our clinicians to call you to arrange an assessment at our RED clinic and arrange a COVID-19 swab if necessary. Please continue to use our online questionnaire if you are concerned about COVID-19 symptoms.
Repeat prescriptions can be organised via both ManageMyHealth or a phone. All the prescriptions will still be faxed directly to your chosen pharmacy. MMH prescriptions will be processed on the same day if submitted before 2 pm. Phone prescriptions will be processed within 48 hours. We will continue to waive $5 surcharge for an urgent prescription.
We still have flu vaccines available. If you haven’t had one yet, we recommend getting one as soon as possible. We no longer run a designated flu clinic from Monday, but you can still book an appointment at our nurse clinics to have your flu vaccine. We currently do not have a flu vaccine for children under 3.
Opening hours will go back to normal for Wigram clinic and be extended for Lincoln clinic.
We will continue to limit the number of people in our clinics as we have through Alert Level 3 and 4, and we have extra cleaning and sanitising continuing throughout the day, on top of our usual cleaning.
Where possible, please attend your appointment by yourself or bring one support person only. Please continue to keep yourself and others safe by keeping a two meter distance with other people when attending for your appointment.
