Dear Patients please find our new update on the Coronavirus.
UPDATE V7 23/3/2020
In response to the covid-19 pandemic situation, and following government direction (NZ going to Level 4 Lockdown), we are making some temporary changes to our practice to optimise the safety of our patients and staff.
Effective Wednesday 25th March 2020 our opening hours will be as follows:
• Wigram 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday, Closed Saturday – Sunday
• Lincoln 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday, Closed Saturday – Sunday
• Virtual Doctor 9am to 5pm (telephone consultations) Monday – Friday, Closed Saturday – Sunday
All existing doctors and nurses appointments from Wednesday onward have been cancelled. If you have already booked an appointment, you will be contacted individually by one of our doctors.
At this stage we will continue with our Flu Vaccine clinic, to achieve as much community coverage as possible. This is subjective to vaccine availability, please check with our team, if you need to book.
Our doors will be kept locked and everyone will need to speak to our clinical staff and have a booked appointment to enter our clinic.
If you need our assistance please use our ManageMyHealth portal or a phone and wait for a reply from our clinical staff.
Please utilise our Virtual Doctor (can be booked by ManageMyHealth) as much as possible. We will endeavor to solve most of your concerns over the phone. If you do need to be seen, this will be arranged by our doctors.
Please understand that all forms and prescriptions will be sent to you electronically or to the pharmacy directly and will no longer be available for pick up from the clinic.
We are experiencing unusually high call volumes at this moment. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you only phone the clinic for an urgent matter. If not, please use our ManageMyHealth messaging system as much as possible.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this unprecedented event together. Be safe, rest well, practice physical distancing and be kind. Please remember this too shall pass.
