NEST is WeCare’s new graduate and transition-to-practice program — built for the future of primary care in Aotearoa New Zealand.
This is not your standard new graduate role. Nurse-led care is at the heart of what we do - giving nurses real autonomy, leadership opportunities, and the ability to work at the top of their scope.
NEST is a structured 12-month program designed to provide the support, mentorship and clinical excellence to support your transition confidently from student to primary care nurse.
