CareNow Online is for a single, specific health need you'd like sorted quickly, without coming into a clinic. You don't need to be enrolled with WeCare to book, but enrolled patients pay less.
CareNow Online is a good fit if you:
- Have one common condition from our online menu to sort
- Want an affordable video consult and don't need to see an advanced clinician or GP
- Would rather be seen from home, work, or wherever suits you
CareNow Online may not be the right fit if you:
- Have a condition that isn't on the online menu - try our in-person CareNow service
- Have an urgent or acute problem that can't wait - try Drop-inCare
- Have several issues, or a complex or ongoing condition - book a GeneralPractice consult
If CareNow Online isn't the right fit, we'll have something that does. Try in-person CareNow if your condition isn't treated online, Drop-inCare for urgent issues, or GeneralPractice for routine or ongoing needs.
