Introducing NEST: Investing in the Future of Nursing

WeCare is proud to introduce Nurse Entry & Supported Transition (NEST) — our new graduate nurse program designed to support and grow the future of primary care nursing in Aotearoa New Zealand.

NEST is a structured, 12-month transition-to-practice program, carefully developed to support graduate nurses as they transition from student to primary care nurse

The NEST program includes:

Dedicated Nurse Educators
Weekly education and development sessions
A structured learning plan across the year
1:1 preceptorship
