WeCare is excited to introduce the WeCare Patient Portal, our new patient portal app designed to make managing your healthcare simpler, faster, and better connected.


Developed in partnership with OctansCare, the WeCare Patient Portal gives patients a secure, easy-to-use space to stay on top of their care, right from their phone.

The WeCare Patient Portal includes:

  • Secure online access
  • Easy appointment booking and management
  • Direct messaging with your care team
  • Repeat prescription requests
  • Access to your results.

A note for Apple (iOS) users: the Patient Portal app is not yet available for Apple (iOS) users. We're sorry for the delay - this wasn't the timeline we expected, and we're working to get it approved as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can still book appointments and request repeat prescriptions online.
