WeCare Now provide fast access, low-cost service for common minor ailments and injuries. We accept Drop-ins and our revolutionary system allows us to provide service with very short waiting time. Treatment pack will be provided along with a visit summary at the end of the consult, which includes prescription medicine and a medical certificate if necessary. This means you don’t have to make a separate trip to the pharmacy.
*Currently providing service for >12 years old and for 12 conditions, but we will be expanding our service as we go
*Currently only accepting credit card payment through the kiosk but will have EFTPOS ASAP.

HOW IT WORKS
SELECT CONDITION
Select from a list of conditions from a Kiosk. Answer simple pre-consultation questions, designed to outline your symptoms as well as to ensure we can safely treat you at WeCare Now.
CONSULT WITH CLINICIAN
Once submitted, after a very short wait, you will have a face-to-face consultation with our clinician. Clinician will discuss treatment options with you. For ACC our clinician will provide appropriate treatment, including dressings, wound closure, bandaging etc.
RECEIVE TREATMENT PACK
At the end of the consultation a treatment pack will be provided along with a visit summary. Treatment pack includes prescription medicine and a medical certificate if necessary.
PRICING
For registered patients:
$20 per condition
FREE for ACC
For non-registered patients:
$35 per condition including ACC

WeCare NOW is for anyone over the age of 12 that live in Christchurch. Our service is designed for people who would prefer to seek convenient treatment that is fast and affordable for simple but debilitating minor ailments and injuries. We do not provide Controlled Drugs or ACC18 extensions.
There are many medical conditions where our patients already know what it is and they just require a repeat medication and/or a quick medical advice. These conditions although not life threatening can still be distressing. With current model of care, patients with these conditions are required to wait many hours at an after hours waiting room or wait few days until they can see their own GP. With WeCare Now, you will receive care on demand for a low cost and you do not need to go through that hassle.

We are a foundation/ Healthy home accredited Medical Clinic. We comply with the privacy laws and guidelines outlined by the NZ Medical Council and Ministry of Health. Which means we take your privacy and the security of your information very seriously. The Software we use store information on Microsoft Azure platform, which is approved by Ministry of Health to store patient sensitive data.
