At WeCare, our care team of clinicians, clinical support staff and customer care staff work together to provide you with the most accessible and affordable care option to suit your current healthcare needs.

WeCare Now condition-based service menu: simple health concerns and care services from the menu sorted from just $25 or FREE for some plus options to be treated by a more advanced clinician for only $50  (see what we can treat here)

Acute Care Clinics

Drop-in Acute Care Clinics: Drop-in same day clinic for acute problems that just can't wait! 

Our care team approach to caring for you when you need it means our clinicians work as a team with oversight from WeCare advanced clinicians/doctors. This means you often might not see a doctor but our staff will be working collaboratively to provide the care you need.

Same day drop-in service for enrolled patients available at select WeCare clinics with fracture services available at our Wigram clinics (find out more here)


GP & NP Appointment Clinics

For more complex care needs, or at your preference, you can pre-book an appointment with your usual provider

Clinical or Customer Care Queries

Our care team is working hard on the floor to resolve your needs in a timely manner, this means that we no longer have the resources to provide a free phone callback service

If you need to get in touch with your clinical care team, you can send us a message via the MMH portal or an email to careteam@wecarehealth.co.nz and our care team will respond within 5 business days
